Urban+Digital Toronto is an organization that works to improve city life in areas where digital technologies are becoming tightly woven into the urban fabric. Under the rubric of digital urbanism, u+d develops practices, formulates policy and facilitates projects that help shape creative, dynamic and innovative cities in the 21st century. We further the concept of digital urbanism by engaging with citizens and cross-disciplinary teams, and collaborating with business, government, academia and social enterprises. u+d embraces the space between the built environment and the virtual, and between the conventions of urbanists and the disruptions and affordances of the connected world.
